Others want to offer sleep studies as part of their own services, without building out an in-house sleep program. Nocturne Health supports both — you can send patients our way, order studies directly, or do some mix of the two. We do not bill insurance and are unable to accept patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or any federal health care program. We’re licensed in Arkansas, California, Massachusetts, Ohio, and Pennsylvania; your patient must be physically located in one of those states at the visit. ## Send your patient to book directly 1. ### Tell your patient Mention Nocturne Health as an option for sleep evaluation or testing. There's nothing to fill out and nothing to fax from your office. 2. ### They book & pay directly Your patient self-schedules online and is typically seen within days, not months. They pay directly — $199 for a consult, $99 for a follow-up, or $169 for a three-night home sleep test. 3. ### We evaluate, test, and treat Sleep medicine physicians evaluate your patient, order a sleep study when appropriate, and build an ongoing treatment plan. Interpreted results are typically ready within 72 hours of the device being returned. 4. ### You stay in the loop With your patient's consent, we can send the consult note and study report back to your practice. ## Order sleep studies as part of your services 1. ### You order the study Order a home sleep test for your patient the same way you'd order any other diagnostic — no separate consult required to get the test started. 2. ### We handle logistics The device ships to the patient, they run a three-night study in their own bed, and it's mailed back — no equipment or scheduling burden on your office. 3. ### A sleep physician interprets it A sleep medicine physician scores and interprets the study, with a report typically ready within 72 hours of the device being returned. 4. ### You see everything in the portal Track order status, read the finished report, and review the raw data for the study — all under your own login. ## Your practice portal Practices that order studies directly get their own portal login — no calling or emailing to check on a patient’s test. ### Order status Track every study you've sent our way, from device shipped to report ready. ### Sleep study reports Read the full interpreted report as soon as a sleep medicine physician signs off. ### Raw data Pull the raw data for a given study if your practice wants to review it directly. ## If your patient books directly: what they get, and what it costs ### Initial Consultation 30 minutes $199 - Expert evaluation by a sleep specialist - Testing prescribed when appropriate - Diagnosis and treatment plan - Clear next steps at end of the visit ### Follow-up Visit 20 minutes $99 - Review results of any testing - Treatment plan discussion and adjustments - Prescription medications (incl.
