# See a Sleep Doctor in Your Language

Yes — you can see a sleep medicine physician online in your own language. During your video visit, real-time translation lets you speak and hear in your language while the physician hears you in theirs, so neither of you has to switch languages to understand the other.

## How the translation works during your visit

When your video visit starts, just say which language you'd like to speak, or type it in the chat. From there, you speak in your own language and hear the physician in your language, in real time — the physician hears you in theirs.

As a support on top of the spoken translation, the screen shows live captions in both languages. Captions are especially helpful if you're hard of hearing or just want to follow along with the text.

Visits are conducted over secure video. You're welcome to bring a family member onto the call if that's more comfortable for you, but you don't need one to translate — the translation is built into the visit.

## Why this matters for sleep apnea

Describing your symptoms in your own words — snoring, pauses in breathing a bed partner has noticed, daytime sleepiness, morning headaches — helps the physician understand your case clearly.

It's also easier to understand your results and treatment plan when you can talk it through in the language you think most clearly in.

## What we offer and pricing

Nocturne Health is a cash-pay practice — no insurance, referral, or prior authorization required. Every service is HSA/FSA eligible.

- **Home sleep apnea test — $169:** An FDA-approved device ships to your door. You test for three nights in your own bed, then mail it back. Results are typically ready within 72 hours. See the [home sleep test details](https://www.nocturnehealth.com/home-sleep-test).
- **Initial consultation — $199:** A full evaluation with a sleep medicine physician.
- **Follow-up visit — $99:** Review results and adjust your treatment plan.
- **CPAP prescription:** Written once your test confirms sleep apnea, if CPAP is the right treatment for you.

## Who can be seen

We see patients located in Arkansas, California, Massachusetts, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. You must be physically in one of those states at the time of your visit or home sleep test. We confirm your state when you book.

Book the consultation yourself, or have a family member or friend help with the booking form if you'd like.

We'll ask which U.S. state you're physically located in at the time of your visit, to confirm we can see you.
3. ### Tell us your language when the video visit starts
