Care is delivered statewide by telehealth, so you can be seen from anywhere within a licensed state — you do not need to live near a major city. ### Do I have to live in a big city to be seen? No. We are licensed at the state level, and every visit happens by secure video. Whether you're in a metro area or a rural county, if you're physically located in one of our licensed states you can book a consultation or order a home sleep apnea test. ### Is there a physical office I can visit? No. Nocturne Health is a fully virtual practice. Consultations happen over HIPAA-compliant video, and the FDA-approved home sleep apnea test is shipped to your door. There is no in-person office to visit in any state or city. ### How do I know if my state qualifies?
