## What you can do from any licensed state

Wherever you are within our coverage area, you have the same options. You can order an FDA-approved [home sleep apnea test](https://www.nocturnehealth.com/home-sleep-test) as a standalone service — the physician still writes the order, the device ships to your door, and your interpreted report is emailed back, typically within 72 hours. No telehealth visit is required to test ($169).

If testing confirms obstructive sleep apnea, a consult is recommended (though not required) to build a treatment plan. Explore your options on our [sleep apnea treatment](https://www.nocturnehealth.com/sleep-apnea-treatment) guide. A full initial consultation is $199 and is optional.

Nocturne Health is cash-pay — no insurance, referral, or prior authorization needed. All services are HSA/FSA eligible.
