If your practice already runs on transparent, cash-pay pricing and direct physician access, Nocturne Health works the same way. There’s no insurance to coordinate and no prior authorization to chase — just a straightforward next step for a patient who needs a sleep evaluation.

Cash-pay only — we don’t bill insurance and can’t see Medicare or Medicaid patients. We’re licensed in Arkansas, California, Massachusetts, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania; your patient must be physically located in one of those states at the visit.

   Mention Nocturne Health as an option for sleep evaluation or testing. There's nothing to fill out and nothing to fax from your office.

   They book & pay directly

   Your patient self-schedules online and is typically seen within days, not months. They pay directly — $199 for a consult, $99 for a follow-up, or $169 for a three-night home sleep test. Nothing for your office to bill or reconcile.

   We evaluate, test, and treat

   A board-certified sleep physician evaluates your patient, orders a three-night home sleep test when appropriate, and builds an ongoing treatment plan. Interpreted results are typically ready within 72 hours of the device being returned.

   You stay in the loop

   With your patient's consent, we can send the consult note and study report back to your practice. Your patient stays yours for everything else — we're not trying to become their primary or ongoing care.

All services are HSA/FSA eligible with itemized receipts available on request. The home sleep test is a three-night study backed by our Test Success Guarantee, and interpreted results are typically ready within 72 hours.
