What you can do from any licensed state
Wherever you are within our coverage area, you have the same options. You can order an FDA-approved home sleep apnea test as a standalone service — the physician still writes the order, the device ships to your door, and your interpreted report is emailed back, typically within 72 hours. No telehealth visit is required to test ($169).
If testing confirms obstructive sleep apnea, a consult is recommended (though not required) to build a treatment plan. Explore your options on our sleep apnea treatment guide. A full initial consultation is $199 and is optional.
Nocturne Health is cash-pay — no insurance, referral, or prior authorization needed. All services are HSA/FSA eligible.

Which states does Nocturne Health serve?

Care is delivered statewide by telehealth, so you can be seen from anywhere within a licensed state — you do not need to live near a major city.
Do I have to live in a big city to be seen?

Is there a physical clinic I can visit?

How do I know if my state qualifies?
You qualify if you are physically located in one of our seven licensed states at the time of your visit: Arkansas, California, Massachusetts, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania. If your state isn't listed yet, we're expanding — check back as we add licenses.
