2. Medical Disclaimer
Nocturne Health provides telemedicine services for sleep medicine. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. The sleep screener tool on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a medical diagnosis.
3. Telehealth Services
Nocturne Health provides telemedicine services in Massachusetts, North Carolina, Florida, California, Ohio, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania. Services are only available to patients physically located in these states at the time of consultation.
4. Payment Terms
All services are cash-pay. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance directly. We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
6. Privacy and HIPAA
Your health information is protected under HIPAA. We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Protected Health Information (PHI). Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nocturne Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
