Under the federal No Surprises Act, patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for scheduled health care items and services. Nocturne Health is a self-pay practice, so this right applies to every patient.

After your appointment is booked, we send your Good Faith Estimate. If you would like a paper copy or another way to receive it, contact us at support@in.nocturnehealth.com.

Know Your Rights
Under the No Surprises Act:
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your scheduled service.
- You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Visit www.cms.gov/medical-bill-rights or call 1-800-985-3059.
- Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
